1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.nlqtruck.shop (the "Site") operated by NLQ TRUCKING LLC ("NLQ Trucking", "we", "us"), an Ohio limited liability company located at 486 County Road 23 N, Quincy, OH 43343, United States. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is a general-information publication describing the company's registered freight services across three routes: local general freight (including container and contract bulk mail), long-distance truckload (TL), and long-distance less-than-truckload (LTL).

3. Service Descriptions

Route and lane descriptions on the Site are statements of registered operating authority, not commitments of equipment, schedule, or price for any particular shipment. Availability depends on equipment, routing, hours-of-service rules, and freight characteristics, all confirmed at booking.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest Site content or data by automated means without prior written consent;
• Attempt to probe, scan, test, or compromise the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the dispatch slip;
• Transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial communications;
• Interfere with other users' access or with the operation of the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — text, structure, design, the mile-marker design system, illustrations, and code — are the property of NLQ TRUCKING LLC or its developer NLQ TRUCKI, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use requires prior written consent.

6. Information You Submit

By submitting a form or email you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Freight descriptions submitted through the Site are indicative only — the operative description is the one on the bill of lading. Do not submit hazardous-material declarations, sealed contract terms, or regulated data through the Site; those are exchanged under written carriage terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted by Google Firebase and its domain is registered through Spaceship. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of third-party providers. Links or references to third parties do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NLQ TRUCKING LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Liability for cargo loss, damage, or delay — if any — is governed exclusively by the applicable bill of lading, contract of carriage, and transportation law, not by these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLQ TRUCKING LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Confidentiality Notice

Communications with dispatch through the Site are not guaranteed confidential. Carriage and contract-mail arrangements carry their own confidentiality terms under written agreement, which supersede this section for the matters they cover.

12. Termination and Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time; the revised Terms take effect when posted with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Logan County, Ohio.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and NLQ Trucking regarding the Site.
